We love the Manor House. What is its purpose?

We do not offer events in the Manor House. All events are hosted in the Caldwell Pavilion. The Manor House offers a Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room for the wedding Party. The Bride and Bridesmaids, Mothers and Flower Girls have access to the Bridal Suite. The Groom’s Room can be used by the Groom, Groomsmen, Fathers and Ring Bearers. All other guests will be directed to the Caldwell Pavilion so the Bridal Party can dress and start pre-ceremony pictures.

How many guests does Occasions at Wedgefield accommodate?

Olivia’s Garden can accommodate up to 175 guests for a wedding ceremony. The Caldwell Pavilion can accommodate 175-seated guests and 250 guests in a cocktail-style setting. For winter wedding ceremonies that must be held in the Caldwell Pavilion, the maximum headcount is 150 including the wedding party.

Does the Caldwell Pavilion have heating and air conditioning?

The Caldwell Pavilion does have heating and air conditioning! Your guests will be comfortable during their time with us at Occasions at Wedgefield.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the property?

Certainly! Our exclusive caterer will provide all of the food and beverages, as well as beer and wine services.

Do you only host weddings?

No, we also host corporate events and social events.

Can I choose my own vendors for my event?

We are very flexible. We only require the use of our caterer for food, beverage and bar services. You may rent the facility, use our caterer and choose your own vendors, or we can create an inclusive package for you. The choice is yours!

Do you offer planning for weddings and events?

We have a list of area wedding planners that we will be happy to share with you. For corporate events and social events, our Catering Manager will take care of all details.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

We have a “Plan B” for inclement weather. Our staff will take care of any rearranging that will need to be done. We will be happy to discuss this with you during your visit. 9. Is WiFi available? The Caldwell Pavilion certainly has WiFi for your needs!
