3.  Is there air conditioning or heat in the Caldwell Pavillion? 
Yes, heat as well as air conditioning was added in December 2007. 

4.  What is the maximum number of guest that Olivia's Garden can accommodate? 
We can accommodate up to 200 for an outdoor ceremony. 

5.  Are alcoholic beverages allowed at Occasions at Wedgefield? 
Yes, our catering service provides this for our events. 

6.  Are weddings the only types of events you provide service for?
No, we also accommodate social events, corporate meetings and classroom needs. 

7.  Can I choose my own vendors for my wedding or event?
 Our wedding packages include the catering, table setups and entertainment.  However, we can customize a package based on your needs. 

8.  Do you offer planning for weddings and events? 
Our Executive Director is the founder of Occasions at Wedgefield. She will handle the details for your event. Her services as your Wedding Director and Reception Coordinator can be added to your package. For non-wedding events, our Catering Manager will take care of all the details.

9.  What if it rains on the day of my event? 
We do have a "Plan B" for inclement weather.  We will be happy to discuss this with you during your visit. 

10.  Do you have wifi available for business meetings and events?  
We certainly do in both the Manor House and Caldwell Pavilion! 

11.  Is there a dressing area for the bride and groom?  
We have a Bridal Suite in the Manor House for the Bride and her Bridesmaids.  The Groom and Groomsmen usually arrive dressed for the event.   

12.  Are you open year round? 
As of December 2007, we are available for year round events.
