Once known as the Wedgefield Dairy Farm in Central, this circa 1892 Gothic Revival Home was purchased and moved to its present location in 1991 by the former owner, Dan Phillips, a Central native and Clemson graduate. This historic home features 13 rooms with 12 ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, seven fireplaces and a wonderful wrap around porch. Once used as a private home, it is now available for small parties, rehearsal dinners and intimate get togethers up to 60 guests. The master bedroom has been transformed into the Bridal Suite for our Brides to use on their Special Day. Our formal living room provides an elegant background for pictures of the Bridal Party and Parents before the Ceremony begins. The expansive front porch with the original stained glass double doors has been a favorite picture spot for our Brides and photographers.
 Olivia's Garden Named in honor of the former owner's mother,Olivia's Garden offers a glorious garden setting for up to 200 guests. The towering white arbor, the delicate picket fences and majestic evergreen trees provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable outdoor wedding. Late spring, the garden comes alive with color from the many crepe myrtles, dogwoods, forsythia, daisies, indian hawthorne and roses planted throughout.  Caldwell Pavilion Named in memory of the former owner's father, Caldwell Pavilion was created to blend the magical feel of a fairy tale event with the scenic views of trees and rolling hills of a country estate. The Pavilion is available for year round events....and offers a black and white dance floor, silk greenery, specialty lighting and flowing fountain. We also provide tables, chairs, hurricane centerpieces and linens (including chair covers) to add elegance to your event. To create space for larger numbers, we can add a white hexagon tent (complete with strands of white lights) to the front of the pavilion for table setups or food buffet, depending on your final headcount.
