Occasions at Wedgefield
“The Classic Occasion” Ceremony and Reception

• Exclusive use of the Bridal Suite 2 hours prior to the ceremony for the Bride, Mother of the Bride and Bridesmaids for changing. Hair, makeup and nails must be done prior to arrival.
• Ceremony in Olivia’s Garden set up with white wedding chairs
• Use of the Ceremony site for Rehearsal practice prior to the event (1 hour maximum)
• Use of Caldwell Pavilion for the 3½ hour Reception, complete with fountain, specialty lighting, and greenery
• Additional 30 minutes given for Send off, Clean up and Items to be removed from Bridal Suite
• Additional tent with lighting and greenery for the reception is provided (depending on headcount) for an additional fee.
• Round tables, chairs with white chair covers, white floor length table linens for all guest tables
• Glass dinner plate, glass goblet, silverware and cloth napkin (your choice of color) will be used for dining through our exclusive Caterer.
• Seven Gallon Silver Beverage Fountain with Lemonade is continuously available for guests (plastic cups included!)
• Hurricane Candle Centerpieces included for each guest table (hurricane, glass base, four votives…you will provide the center candle for the hurricanes.)
• Sweetheart Table Setup for Bride and Groom with Special Linens, Chair Covers and Candelabra
• Cake and Gift table setups with white or black floor length table linens (Black Linen for DJ table)
• Serving tables provided with White or Black Skirting, Toppers and Décor
• Catering by our Professional Caterer (You choose the menu!)
• Use of our Champagne Flutes for Bride and Groom, Cake Knife and Server and Silver Cake Stands for your cake (optional)
• Champagne Toast with glass flutes served tableside to guests (optional)
• Hosted Bar Service available with Bartenders (optional)
• Cake cutting and serving will be handled by OAW staff at no charge
• Ceremony Music/Reception Entertainment/Emcee service provided by a Professional Disc Jockey
• Use of our Black and White Dance Floor
• Easels for Bridal Portrait, White Podium for Guest Register
• 10% discount offered on Carlson Craft wedding invitations, programs, etc
• OAW staff supervision, parking assistance/setup/clean up of the Ceremony/Reception Site included
• Use of our Bubble Machines for Reception departure is included!
